The Crosby Project was designed without a radius.

Our manufacturing base is in Delhi. Our design studio has a presence in Dublin. We have delivered projects in Dubai, managed procurement for clients based in London, and are currently in design development with clients in Singapore and East Africa. The Indian diaspora is global; the appetite for design that combines Indian craft intelligence with international aesthetic standards is global; and the Crosby offering — bespoke design and manufacturing managed end-to-end, delivered internationally — serves that global appetite.

Who the International Client Is

The international client who commissions Crosby is typically one of three profiles.

The NRI with an India property. An Indian professional living in London, Singapore, Toronto, or Dubai who is building, renovating, or furnishing a home in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Goa. They want a studio they can trust to manage the India project while they are abroad — a studio with international references that validates their confidence in the work product.

The international developer or hotel operator with an India or Gulf project. A hospitality group or real estate developer building in India or the UAE who needs a studio with both local market knowledge and international quality standards. A European operator who wants European design sensibility applied to an Indian project.

The global luxury client who has found Crosby. An international client — in Nairobi, Riyadh, Jakarta, or Geneva — who has encountered Crosby’s work and wants the combination of quality and value that Indian manufacturing at European specification standard offers.

Each of these clients has a different relationship to geography, and Crosby’s operating model is designed to serve each of them effectively.

How We Work With Clients Internationally

Virtual Design Consultation and Development

The design process does not require physical presence. Our initial client consultations are conducted virtually — typically a structured two-hour conversation that covers the brief, the space, the aesthetic direction, and the project parameters. This is followed by a design development process managed through shared digital platforms, with regular video review sessions and physical material samples dispatched to the client’s location for approval.

The technology to manage this process excellently has existed for several years. The studios that use it effectively have eliminated geography as a constraint. Crosby is one of them.

Physical Presence at Critical Project Moments

For projects above a certain scale, there are moments that require physical presence: the site survey at project inception, the mid-project review when key decisions are being made, and the installation and final styling process. Crosby’s design team travels to client locations for these moments. We consider this part of the service, not an exceptional provision.

We travel regularly to Dubai, London, and Singapore. We are available to travel to any location where a project justifies the investment.

International Furniture Delivery and Installation

Crosby’s manufacturing and procurement infrastructure is export-qualified. Every piece we produce or procure can be delivered internationally, with full export documentation, customs clearance support, and white-glove delivery and installation service at the destination.

We have shipped furniture to the UAE, to Ireland, and to multiple European destinations. The logistics of international furniture delivery are complex; managing them is part of what Crosby offers.

Markets We Are Actively Developing

Dubai and the Gulf. Crosby currently has active residential and hospitality projects in the UAE. We are building supply chain relationships specific to the Gulf market and plan to establish a permanent presence in Dubai in the near term.

United Kingdom and Ireland. Our Dublin studio handles design development for UK and Ireland clients. We are positioned to serve the growing Indian diaspora residential market in the UK, where demand for bespoke furniture and interior design that connects with Indian heritage while meeting European quality standards is significant and under-served.

East Africa. Nairobi, Kampala, and Dar es Salaam have established Indian business communities with sophisticated design preferences and limited access to quality bespoke furniture and interior design. This is a market Crosby is actively developing.

Southeast Asia. Singapore and Kuala Lumpur have large Indian professional communities and established luxury interior design markets. We are in early-stage conversations with clients in both cities.

Crosby accepts international commissions for projects that warrant serious design ambition — residential, hospitality, or commercial. There is no minimum project size, but we work most effectively with clients who are making a significant design investment and want a studio that will treat their project with corresponding seriousness.
