Either. Every service on this page can be commissioned on its own, from a set of BIM drawings to a single piece of furniture. You can also combine them into a turnkey project with one project manager, one contract and one invoice.
A 1,200 to 1,600 sq ft apartment takes 12 to 16 weeks from signed drawings to handover: about two to three weeks of design, six to eight weeks of manufacture at our Erode workshop, and three to four weeks of installation and snagging. Villas and turnkey builds including civil work take 24 to 40 weeks.
Every Crosby interior includes an electrical and lighting layout in the drawing set. Our Lighting & Smart Home service goes further, with photometric calculations, fixture specification and supply, and programmed scenes and automation. You can add it to a project or commission it on its own.
In four milestones tied to deliverables: booking on signed drawings, production release, pre-dispatch, and handover against a cleared defects list. You never pay ahead of work that has been done.
Yes. We have offices in Dublin and Lucknow alongside Delhi and Erode, and we deliver to Ireland, the UK and the UAE. Overseas quotations list freight, duty and installation separately, so nothing is hidden in a per-square-foot rate.
